Northern Illinois, Northern Indiana and Southwestern Michigan are all under storm watches and warnings for another winter blizzard.
The Chicagoland area is expected to get as much as a foot or more of snow in some areas and forecasters say that temperatures will drop to 20 degrees below zero with wind gusts of up to 35 miles an hour concluding with a wind chill factor to minus 50 degrees! The most severe weather conditions will begin Sunday afternoon through Tuesday morning.
